By the authority of the Owner and Regulator of the World Financial System,
As the Owner and Manager of the World Account in the WORLD BANK, Account No.01-00-01-4-AAA-777-C3-AM-01, located in various Banks in 172 (One hundred seventy two) countries around the World,
As the Owner and Manager of the World Account in the WORLD BANK, Account No.01-1-700-3516-222-777-8888-999, located in various Banks in 172 (One hundred seventy two) countries around the World,
As the Owner and Manager of Assets including accounts under the names:
White Spiritual Boy”, “Spiritual Wonder Boy”, “Spiritual Wonder Brothers”, “Morning Star”, “King David”, “Prophet Muhammad”, “Demas and Saint Timothy”, “White Mongolia”, “White Vatican”, “White Eagle”, “Maria Sinukuan or Divine Crystal”, “Maria Banahaw or Divine Sunflower”, “Maria Cristina or Divine Magdalene”, “Maria Makiling or Divine Ester Egg”, “Falcon” , “Alpha - Omega” and other accounts placed in various Banks in 189 (one hundred eighty nine) countries around the World,
In order to prevent the global financial crisis, the global shortage of collateral in future, to assist the sustainable and stable development of the World,
I DECREE and DECLARE:
Due to the increasing incidence of unauthorized use of the following historical assets, which causes significant damage to the formation of a new balanced financial system in the World, the following financial assets previously issued under gold security of the above accounts are declared canceled and invalid. The following issued gold-backed assets are no longer tied to gold collateral, no longer financially valuable, and are devoid of financial energies.
We have taken measures to change all access codes in the financial systems for verification or to verify the linking of the following assets to the above accounts.
Any actions to use the following assets for the monetizing purpose in the financial system is a crime and lies on the personal responsibility of persons, officials and bank officers who commit these crimes.
The Sacred Rights of the Custodians of the following assets have been revoked, and any actions contrary to this Resolution will have immediate (inevitable) sacred and obvious consequences for the Custodians with manifestation in the material world.
All countries, organizations or persons, storing these assets, in order to prevent fraud and deception of bona fide subjects of the Law, are assigned to transfer these documents and products to the International Treasury Monetary One for entry into the liquidation act for the purpose of accounting, analysis and assessment of the integrity of Ex-custodians, Ex-holders and Ex-managers of the right to manage the historical assets of the World Financial System.

This resolution was adopted on February 23, 2021, and is effective immediately upon signing.
