1. Mutual, Consumer, Cooperative Societies and Unions are not controlled by any regulation from outside and are Self-regulated by the Right of the Sovereign on the CON of Creation based on the norms of International Law on Consumer Mutual, Cooperative Societies and Unions.
2. Any account of a Mutual Consumer Cooperative Society or Union opened in any financial institution in the World has the status of a Sovereign Treasury Account.
3. Any Mutual, Consumer, Cooperative Societies and Unions have the Right to have their own Treasury and their own financial, accounting and settlement financial centers controlled by the Regulator from outside.
4. The main article of the International Law on Mutual, Consumer, Cooperative Societies and Unions:
State authorities and local self-government bodies do not have
The right to interfere in the financial, economic and other activities of Mutual funds,
Consumer, Cooperative Societies and Unions.
